Warranty Information
WARRANTY COVERAGE: Except as otherwise stated on the product or packaging, Vantage Golf Hong Kong Limited (“VG”) warrants Callaway & Odyssey golf clubs, components, and other products purchased from an authorized retailer in Hong Kong and Macau to be free of defects in material and workmanship for two years. VG will, without charge to the consumer, repair or replace any product or component or part thereof that is defective or becomes defective during normal use within two years after the date of purchase from an authorized retailer. At its option, VG may replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
• VG does not warrant Callaway & Odyssey products against damage caused by third parties.
• This warranty does not cover paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes or other normal wear and tear.
To obtain warranty service in Hong Kong and Macau on a complete Callaway & Odyssey Golf product, return the product directly to VG with proof of purchase (clearly showing the date and place of purchase).
DISCLAIMER: This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. VG disclaims all warranties for Callaway & Odyssey products that are purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers. VG also disclaims any implied or express warranty of, and assumes no responsibility for, defects in workmanship caused by third parties. The above warranty also does not apply to accessories. Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the laws of Hong Kong & Macau that cannot be lawfully excluded, restricted or modified. This warranty gives you specific rights, you may also have other rights under the laws of Hong Kong & Macau.
Counterfeit Club Warning
Consumers around the world have been duped into purchasing so-called "brand new, authentic Callaway Golf products,” which turn out to be low-quality fakes. Many of these sales occur on eBay.com, other online retail and auction websites, and non-authorized retailers; such sales of counterfeit Callaway Golf products have dramatically increased in recent years.
How can you protect yourself from becoming a victim of counterfeiters? The following guidelines will help you purchase genuine Callaway Golf products:
- Are you purchasing from an authorized retailer? If not, you are more likely to purchase a counterfeit product.
- If the price for Callaway Golf product seems too good to be true, it probably is.
- Does the seller explain his willingness to part with the clubs at a low price by claiming that he "won the clubs” in a tournament or raffle, or that they were "a gift” that he doesn’t need? Sellers of counterfeit Callaway Golf clubs on the Internet often use stories like these to deceive consumers.
- Physically inspect the product if you can. Many Callaway Golf club heads have crowns made of carbon composite. Counterfeiters often substitute metal for the crowns of counterfeit versions of these clubs and paint it to resemble carbon composite. If you tap a metal object, such as a key or coin, on the section of the head that is supposed to be carbon composite, and it makes a pinging sound, the club is likely counterfeit. A much softer sound will result from tapping a metal object against the composite crown of an authentic head.
- If you are in doubt about the authenticity of Callaway Golf product offered on the Internet or elsewhere, please contact VG and ask for assistance if you reside in Hong Kong and Macau. Doing so will greatly reduce your chances of buying counterfeit goods.
To obtain authentic Callaway Golf clubs, buy only from authorized retailers.

- Seller’s name and contact info (including URL);
- Description of products purchased or offered for sale; and
- Evidence suggesting that the products are counterfeit.
VG and Callaway Golf cannot reimburse you for, or repair, counterfeit product, but we are actively involved in enforcement efforts against counterfeiters around the globe, and any information about counterfeit product that you can provide will help our efforts.
